Alon returns with his family to Nahariya and soon discovers that the police are paralyzed in front of the young criminal Maor Ezra, who terrorize the city. After experiencing humiliation on it’s own, Alon realizes that in order to fight Ezra, he must first rehabilitate the status of the police in the city.
